Welcome to the Members Only portal of our Association's website. 

We are excited to have this new site live! We have more to learn about the capabilities & enhancements we may offer through MemberClicks as our website platform -- so this is just a start! With the options available to us through MemberClicks (and the on-call support), we will continue to fine-tune things to improve the functionality & add features to the benefit of our association. We welcome your feedback!

A few important things to note when logging in for the first time...

Please click My Profile, to review your contact details. With the improved database tied to this website, your 'Profile' has the potential to contain more about you with your help. Please click the 'Edit' button at the top right & take a moment to complete these additional fields. You have the ability to edit the information & update phone, address, license details, etc... so that your correct information is on file. This address is what the 'Investigator Directory' uses for the proximity search, although your actual street address will not be displayed to the Public (for your privacy). Members only, when logged into the portal, will be able to view members' extended details, address(es), additional phone numbers, etc...

If you hover over the My Profile tab, you have options to change your profile picture, password, manage contact preferences, etc... 

There is also a 'My Features' tab, which is where you may unsubscribe to our Listserv. Currently, all members are subscribed to this list. You may e-mail all NCAPI members via [email protected] The Listserv is a means to communicate requests/questions to the membership as a whole if you have a case on which you need assistance, questions about resources, recommendations for experts or contacts in other areas, etc...

I apologize to those who may have little to no information automatically populated in your profile due to timing with the database conversion (especially those who joined/renewed in the past few weeks!). Some people submitted paper applications, so all of this will have to be manually keyed. We need your help getting your details up to snuff. I focused on entering names & e-mail addresses to ensure you would have member portal access (at a minimum). In the future, the information in your saved profile will be automatically populated to make the renewal process & conference registrations easier. We trust you to help us ensure the accuracy of this information.
